Refund policy
At Novida Labs, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Return and Refund policy to understand the process for returning products and receiving a refund.
Returns
We accept returns on products within 30 days of the purchase date. If you are not satisfied with any of our supplements, simply return the product to us in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
Eligibility for Return:
- The product must be unopened and unused.
- Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Products marked as “final sale” or “used/opened” are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refund Process:
- If your return meets all requirements, we will initiate the refund.
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
How to Return a Product
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@novidalabs.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address.
- Ship the product back to us in its original condition.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the product you wish to return and place a new order for the desired product.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products purchased from third-party retailers (if applicable)
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. However, if your product is defective or the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
